At ROTA Turkey, we embrace sustainability as a company strategy in our workplaces where we design, manufacture, market, and sell heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration products and systems, both domestically and internationally, by:

• Analysing the environmental dimensions and impacts of our activities, considering a life cycle approach,
• Evaluating risks and opportunities arising from our activities,
• Effectively managing our waste generated from our activities to reduce waste and improve our environmental sensitivity,
• Promoting efficient use of natural resources,
• Emphasizing the use of renewable energy sources in our production activities and making the necessary investments,
• Reducing our carbon footprint and, as a result, our impact on climate change,
• Organizing training activities to increase environmental awareness of all employees and stakeholders,
• Taking into account the expectations of society and stakeholders,
• Maintaining compliance with all legal and other requirements related to our national and international obligations,
• Continuously improving our environmental management system by setting goals and reviewing them periodically.
